We want you to be completely satisfied with your BookJacked purchase. That’s why we offer a 48-hour refund policy for all purchases, including single audiobooks and subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that less than 25% of any audiobook has been listened to. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details.

Please note that after 48 hours, or if 25% or more of an audiobook has been accessed, all purchases are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime in your account settings, at least one day before your renewal date. Please note that subscription refunds are not prorated, and access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
